FAQ
Q1: What is the required tabletop cutout size for installing the NPR-1101?
The UK Motorized Pop-Up Desk Power Socket requires a standard Φ110 mm round tabletop cutout. It is firmly anchored from beneath the desk using a heavy-duty threaded locking ring mechanism.
Q2: What makes the 230 mm compact series ideal for space-constrained desks?
With a compact 230 mm housing height, the NPR-1101 minimizes under-desk vertical clearance requirements, preventing interference with pedestals, drawers, or user legroom while delivering full motorized power functionality.
Q3: Can the top wireless charging pad be used when the unit is closed?
Yes, the 15W Qi wireless charger integrated into the top tempered glass panel remains operational whether the motorized column is extended or completely retracted flush with the desktop surface.
Q4: How does the anti-pinch safety mechanism protect users?
The UK Motorized Pop-Up Desk Power Socket includes an intelligent anti-pinch safety sensor. If an obstruction or hand is detected while the column is descending, the system automatically stops and reverses direction upward to prevent injury or equipment damage.
